We really liked our stay here. The location of the apartament was really good - super close to shopping mall, restaurants, beach, bus stops and train station from which you can go absolutely anywhere you want. Really well equiped kitchen, we got everything we needed during a weekly stay. Air conditioning was also a big plus as there was some noise from the road even in the night. There was no private parking, but there is a free one on the street right next to the building and we never had problems finding a spot here, which we could see from the balcony. The neighbourhood and the building itself felt completely safe. Also getting to the apartament and getting the keys was super easy with the instructions we got.

The apartment was really well designed and modern. All kinds of appliances were available and made our stay more comfortable. Also, the view was amazing, and even though we were near a busy street, we weren't disturbed by noise. The location was really good because all kinds of public transport were reachable easily. Not to forget, is that the people we were in contact with were really kind and were prepared to suggest us places and giving us tips.

A very convenient smaller town with excellent cheap transport to explore Nice where the Rugby World Cup was being held. a fine town beach with many beachfront restaurants along a boardwalk provided choices for eating while watching the sun go down over nearby Antibes.

An excellent hotel based near the airport.
An excellent hotel based near the airport. The location is great - a few steps to the beach, a dozen or so restaurants on the Esplanade, and the shopping center CAP3000 a short walk away. The room size was great, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony looking out to the sea was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's free airport shuttle bus a boon to travellers. All in all, an enjoyable stay - a very welcome bonus at the end of the holiday for weary travellers, and I look forward to returning.

My trip was based in the Cap 3000 mall and a local hotel and conference centre. So I did not use the town much except for travel connections which are very good and it is easy to get to the rest of the Riviera for very good prices.

Beds were decent and room was nice.
Beds were decent and room was nice. However, pictures of hotel’s exteriors don’t reflect reality. Its an old building that smells like damp. Also ironing board and iron only found in a small laundry room on the 1st floor. Very impractical.

We had a rental car so needed Parking , this hotel had a big parking area with CCTV cameras.
We had a big balcony area with a view of the sea and planes arriving and taking off from Nice airport.
We had an early morning flight so was an 8 minute drive to the airport.
It was a short walk to the sea where we swam and then that night had a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants and bar. The Receptionist was friendly and spoke enough English to let us know where the restaurants were. Very good value for money in that location.
Our host, Veronique was super nice, helpful and welcoming. Hospitality would get the best score at this place, although everything else was really great. We would happily return here again. The room was well equipped - offering even more toileteries than many fancy hotels -, the room had a great airco, comfortable bed. We also received a welcome package with a selection of sweets, fruits, etc. The breakfast was very nice and fresh every morning, we could have it privately on the terrace with an amazing view to the city.
The villa was clean and spacious, with a great breakfast selection taken in the garden. Secure off street parking provided. The friendly host was extremely helpful with local travel trips. I'm glad I took Willy's advice and visited, Villfranche-sur-Mer on my return from Monaco. The SNCF station, Saint-Laurent-du-Var is just 7 minutes walk from the villa. Bus/Tram tickets can be purchased at the large modern shopping Mall, about 20 minute walk from the villa. A recommended stay.

Spatious and comfortable private garage for travelling with bike holder. Very good acess to the bike roads and the train station if you want to go by bike anywhere and possibly come back by train (as we did to Cannes). We had a luck to have a quite spatious room with separate toilet and shower. The hotel was new and clean. There is a large shopping mall with a beach nearby, if you want to get some decently priced gifts or practically anything and also have a bath.
The apartment was nice and cosy with a nice balcony and access to a pool. It was equipped with all the essentials and was clean and comfortable. It was 5 minutes walk from a nice and vibrant beach strip with lots of restaurants, bars and clubs.
The host was very friendly and the communication smooth and uncomplicated.
For us the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to mall, the sea, the airport, bus stop for Promenade des Anglais and Nice city center, free parking offered by the hotel. Good service and staff always offering their help and support. The room was clean and the pillows and bed mattress were very comfortable.
Everything was as expected. Reading the reviews we knew in advance that it's not the newest hotel, but it was clean and had everything we needed in the apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient if you want to explore the cities around.

Everything! The ocean view most of all.
The apartment is spacious and well divided between bedroom and living area. Very comfortable and practical for meals.
The location is ideal: close to the beach, train station, mall, airport. We had a car and we were able to park easily in the street.
Wonderful apartment, super spacious and functional. The hot tub in the patio was a great to relax after a long day exploring Nice.
The location is well connected to Nice via the train station and the beach, restaurants, and the shopping center is just around the corner.
Appartment ok. Clean. We were lucky to be able to access the appartment earlier than check-in hours. Beds quite comfortable. Quite nice balcony.
The residence has a pool, which is good. It is also situated close to the beach.
very good location. Close to the coast as well as shopping area. The area was quiet and safe. Private parking space was available in front of building. The room was clean and comfortable.
Modern, spacious, clean with a private sandy beach, sea front restaurant and by the airport. The area by this hotel very safe, clean, lots of nice restaurants all the way to the port.
