Excellent breakfast, clean room and very friendly helpful hosts. I was provided with crockery to eat my take-away and a good place to store my bike.

The staff - nice, relaxed and supportive.
The room - although basic, decent and comfortable. Good beds, clean bedsheets and towels, comfy mattresses, complimentary tea and coffee.
The restaurant - very good dinner and breakfast.
The location - on the roadside, but you need a car.
Large parking.
Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness.
Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness. Also a less frequent train service. Two local taxi services operate in Beauly area. There are quite a few places to walk (country and riverside walks). Lovely priory to visit. Kilmorack Gallery a few miles outside Beauly also worth a visit. Several eating places and cafes. Recommend The Priory Hotel, The Friary chipper and Corner On The Square gourmet eatery and deli.

We were just passing through on our way to the very top so it was a fleeing visit. Stayed in a fantastic b&b just outside of Beauly. Went into the town in the evening for a meal in the local hotel. A lovely wee town and warrants a return visit to see more of the place and use more of the local ameneties.

I loved the area where the house was which is in Kirkhill not actually in Beauly as Booking.com has stated it’s about a couple of miles out of Beauly but a beautiful place.. Kirkhill is a small village it has a war mausoleum which you can be taken round, also there is a beautiful estate where you can get married in called achnagairn estate and also a lovely walk just around from the property which Sheila and Willie are most helpful in telling you where these all are..
Beauly is beautiful and is very well located for Inverness and Ness itself. Beauly offers great independent shops. Priory Hotel is located centrally with great free parking out front. We had one evening meal in the hotel, beef pie and supreme of chicken, both were delicious. Our triple room was of good size but a bit tired and dated. Plenty of hot water but shower incredibly hot and difficult to regulate.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
Good value for money, definitely would not have wanted to pay any more.
Fantastic annex, separated from the main house which had a bedroom, living room/equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable apartment. Lovely views over the fields. A countryside feel, but only 10 minutes from Beauly and 20 from Inverness. Host was very welcoming and gave lots of excellent tips for seeing the local area and for dining options. Would have stayed longer if we could.
Located right where we wanted to be this small town inn provided a great and comfortable experience. The room was clean, provided everything we needed. Great included breakfast with prepared to order as well as prepared choices. Restaurant service was good and the menu had many local dishes. I would highly recommend it for any visitors to Beauly.
The accommodation is modern, bright, open plan and very clean. The large bed is very comfortable and the bedroom has good storage space. There is a lovely view to the front which can also be enjoyed from the garden. We really appreciated the opportunity to do some washing and pop it out on the line. Fantastic location - a short walk into Beauly.
Our host Fiona was friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The property looked out on attractive farmland. Our room, though small, was clean and well-appointed. A variety of breakfast choices was provided and the cooked selection was delicious. Plenty of on-site parking was available. Dinner options were possible in Beauly, only a short drive away.
Overnight flight into Inverness so we were tired. The hotel recommended the Swan restaurant which was excellent. It is on the way to the hotel. We were met and showed to our room which was lovely. It had coffee and tea. Breakfast was made to order and we headed on our way to the NC500 route. A nice beginning !
I really liked how quaint the hotel was with traditional Scottish flair. And the hotel is in a great location in the center of the little town Beauly which has some great shops and restaurants. I did not eat at the hotel restaurants but it was nice to know there was food in the hotel in case I needed it.
If you need a starting point towards the northwest of Scotland - this is the place to stay.
The place is big enough for 4 people, the view is great, quiet, 20 minute drive to Inverness.
Drive 30 minutes northwest and you're off to a great scenery.
A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with everything we could need. Beauly was a convenient spot for sightseeing without having to go into Inverness. Our hosts were friendly, very generous, and quick to respond to our requests. Thank you!
nice for a friend group, independent rooms and common areas. Equipment rather oriented for shorter stays, and people who don’t cook too much (we are french, we have high expectations !). The coop in Beauly is 6mn away and very well appointed.
Wonderful friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Decaf coffee was produced on request. Very clean and good facilities. Only a short walk into Beauly so well situated for evening meal. We would be happy to stay here again.
Perfect quiet location. .Beauly is a lovely small town and is close by....I am Coeliac and was catered for perfectly...owners were very nice... breakfast was continental or cooked....plenty of tea, coffee and toast..
The apartment room was amazing and spacious. Having access to a clothes washer made the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is close to major cities, and Beauly is a gorgeous town.
Bog, clean, near to the highlands and inverness, central of bauly and perfect!
even that you‘re in the heart of beauly it is very silent in this apartment!
This is the most amazing place with amenities one would usually find only in 5 star hotels. Perfect location and wonderful breakfast ! We will be back :)
