I had a comfortable visit and can clearly see the time you have put into making the stay homely. Brighton is only a 20 minute drive away which is extremely convenient. There were also local shops too in the area. I would recommend this lovely studio and will definitely be staying again.

Everything was explained by staff on arrival, staff were helpful & courteous. Arrived late but & food was still available. Room was clean, tidy & comfortable. The food was excellent quality & good value. My son & I enjoyed our brief visit.

Near local shops and walking distance to train station/public transport. Lovely, comfortable, clean big family room. Owner and staff very friendly and welcoming. (pet dogs very friendly too ;) ) Bar food was great, good choice on menu and value for money and pub has regular weekly entertainment on.
