Staff were amazing Hotel had many amenities, however waterpark was closed and entertainment was only on 2 nights as i went before the season started. Maids cleaned room everyday Food had good choices and very tasty Really lovely hotel

The location is super for one night in city center free parking right in front of the hotel on the street . You have pool access and quite good breakfast even though it was not the buffets but only the waiter brought us some eggs and vegetables and fruits coffee etc…but in general the breakfast was good :)

Excellent food, very diversed and almost everything tasted good. Staff are mostly trying to be helpful. There was an issue with the bed and it was fixed quickly. Clean, and it felt like the hotel thought deeply of how to make the stay in the room as comfortable as possible. There are shuttels from the hotel to Rhodes city at a price of a bus ticket. The hotel is located within a 5 min drive of the airport and is in a nice secluded area. It is next to the beach and a waterpark is opposite with shopping facilities. The rooms were a great size and were cleaned well.

We stayed here just one night. Receptionists are good and quick. Breakfast was good, swimming pool is good, room is clean and good. We were not bothered by noise, but some comments say that the rooms are noisy and lack sound insulation. The pool has variable depth so it is suitable both for adults and for kids. The two staff at the bar near the swimming pool were friendly and professional. The seawater was clean and beach was clean too.

The Heleni Beach Hotel is located near the tourist town of Ialyssos, only 70m from the beach and provides an amazing sea view. The guests can enjoy a breakfast at the buffet.
