We loved our stay at the Sneem Hotel! The grounds are absolutely stunning. We ate dinner outside and my kids played on the lawn. The hotel was everything we needed and more. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were so nice. We will be back!!

This hotel was Fabulous. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great pub attached and they served a delicious pizza. Loved staying here.
Sandy and John were wonderful hosts and gave me a lovely welcome after a long day of hiking on the Kerry Way. The B&B was very cozy and had all the amenities I could've asked for. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fruits as well as a typical Irish Breakfast that can compete with the best of them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, even knowing the ascent right outside the front door will kick my but again ;)
Sandy and John are excellent hosts and made us very welcome. Their home is a beautiful refurbishment of an old traditional cottage. The location, on The Kerry Way and at the base of MacGillycuddy's Reeks mountains, is perfect for exploring the area on foot. John gives detailed & helpful guidance on walking in the mountains. It's well-worth booking dinner also - local ingredients are used create tasty and wholesome dishes.
Excellent place to stay on the Kerry Way. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home and a cold beer from the bar was what was needed after a long trek over the mountains. Food was very nice in the bar in the evening and there was plenty of food in the hearty breakfast.
Climbers inn is located near to Carrauntoohil. Its only 15 minutes drive from the hotel. The hotel has there on pub and restaurant on the premise which is handy. The room was small but very neat and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommeneded.
This was the kind of remote homely place I was hoping for and this was supplemented by wonderful hosts. The location was ideal for hiking (on the Kerry Way) and the B&B had plenty of charm. Add to that a top chef as proprietor!
This is a lovely place. I was walking the Kerry Way and stopped off here for a night. Great accommodation, food/drink and friendly staff. Even if you are not a walker (or climber!) you will enjoy a stay here.
The option to have dinner and packed lunch. Sandy and John were so attentive. We had a great stay and look forward to returning. An ideal spot to venture The Kerry Way or for us Carrauntoohill.
Everything was perfect. The best spot in the middle of Glencar, in which you can find a comfortable accomodation, delicious food and beers, with the warm welcome of the fantastic host.
