Nice and quiet Residential neighbourhood, seemingly in the middle of nowhere (not much else, but 15 minutes by infrequent bus to the larger town of Naharia). Fine boardwalk area, stretching 4 km along the coast all the way up to Naharia. Good local restaurant for late breakfast and lunch. Interesting history, if you first Google, or better, find on facebook, the link to the little German town of Rexingen. Shave Ziyyon was established (with four houses) in 1937 by refugee jews. If you're really interested, try to locate the local 'museum' on facebook, and contact Judy... The Beach is OK for sun bathing, but not very good for swimmers. There's a fenced in Byzantine Church site, but you need to find someone (Judy?) with a key...

Indeed, as written reviews and even more so, the hotel is located in a lovely place. Five minutes walk from an amazing beach. A real gem. The staff did everything they could and even more to make us feel good. The breakfast was rich and good. The hotel is ideal for couples as well as young couples with children and is also dog friendly.

Heaven for seal overs, water sports, or just people that are looking for a beautiful garden to read books in. Best breakfast i ever had in a hotel: great Israeli choices, like Greek salad, spicy tomato salad, shakshuka etc, great aesthetic too! The rooms were recently renovated and we enjoyed our stay very much. Also: you could take a little beach trolley with sun umbrella, chairs and picnic blanket 👌ShanyGermany

This is not a buffet style hotel but more of a restaurant with excellent service and food! The location is right by the beautiful beach of Moshav Shavey Zion, a quiet and beautiful beach. The hotel offers a serene vibe, from the hammocks spread out in the garden, the greenery surrounding the buildings and paths and the spa complex with a heated pool.RavivIsrael
