Hotel is at a walkable distance from the temple. Parking was also good . within the property and under the shade.we could get beverages(milk,tea coffee) at room in the morning on request. The room was clean ,the bathroom was also clean and hygenic and also spacious. Staff was also polite. we had to stay for extended hours even after booking completed and the reception guy helped in easy and valueable checkout.We ate at Shree Aryas, udupi hotel, ganesh hotel, , all are veg becoz of temple nearby.

Chottanikara is a nice place with the famous Chottanikara Amma temple. This temple is a must to visit. But Indraprastha Residency at Chottanikara is a horrible place for stay.Dont recommond this hotel to anyone.
