It has become very commercialised.
It has become very commercialised. Humans are thrown as cattles into the ferry while we make our way to the vivekanada rock
Lack of etiquette by staff and tourists. Staff tend to not speak but scream at people.
Pushing not queing is the norm.
People speaking and acting like hooligans at the vivekanada rock where it specifically says to be silent
Absolutely Shambolic experience
Would not recommend to anyone

Don't waste your time by going to Vivekananda Rock on a ferry ride. It's wastag of time n money. Nothing is thr.
Better go around Kanyakumari Beach, temple, such ram or Nagarcoil or if you have time go to Kovalam/ Trivandrum for one day.

Over all Kanyakumari is also an important place to visit.
Over all Kanyakumari is also an important place to visit. Vivekananda Rock is the main highlight. One thing in mind The ferry service will be started from morning 8 am. There were two Q s one is ₹75 and second one ₹ 300. Only difference i observed was time factor, nothing difference. For ₹75 q the Q line will be for one kilometre long People have to stand from 6-30 am. Where as ₹300 q it will be only 5 minutes.
It's important to know about the above points before Standing in the Q. Sun set point is also one of the Attraction in this.Tour operators will show and take us with simple ₹200 ....Suchindram, Sai Baba temple, Sri Venkareswara Swami temple of TTD, Wax museum, Vivekananda monument, Ramayana story pictures

Seashore line is great and one must visit to Sunrise point although it is not specifically different but it feels awesome. Vivekanand Rock museum is awesome and have a spiritual impact but hight speed wind spoils all fun, you can't even stand properly. Food nearby is also great.
Autos are charging huge and they have a union thing mean if you decided not to pay a desired amount to Autos driver for your trip he simply won't let you get another auto in that vicinity. He will signal to other autos to not to entertain you.
