However, Janat, the woman at reception is one of the best front of house staff I have met in India - it comes naturally to her to help guests have the best stay possible. She is an asset to this hotel and without her my stay would have not been so good. The rooms are big and spacious. The balconies are a nice addition. Pool was nice when free. As I didn’t make the most of the free breakfast I was offered dinner one night which they organised from outside and it was really good.
