I like the location, It was near to the train station, perfect to travel to another town or city in Italy. The staff was really nice and polity. And the option to have breakfast included is always a great choice.

Location was excellent, within 30 minutes walking of everything I wanted to see & the train station. Breakfast choice extensive and well maintained by the very friendly morning staff. The location was fantastic, it was close to the train station and it was also very easy to get to the main attractions of Firenze. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was also of a high standard.
