it is at best location from Linate airport within walking distance. of course, you can request the free suttle from/to airport.

We arrived in the morning and the check in staff was kind and let us in the room.It was a very nice room, on the first level, facing a small garden, with bloomed trees. The room had a king size bed, TV and fridge, which was very well.
I had to pay for the breakfast, it was a continental one, with a large variety of hot and cold dish.
The location was easy to find as soon as U found your way round.
