My previous review was incorrect.
My previous review was incorrect. The house had AC but I didn't find or use it, that's why I wrote about a lot of traffic noise at night.
Apologise for the misunderstanding and negative feedback.

A beautiful place to relax, visit wineries, enjoy...
A beautiful place to relax, visit wineries, enjoy exceptionally good restaurants and do sightseeing in the near and far surroundings. Near is Lake Garda and Verona and all the old small beautiful villages like San Georgio di Valpolicella. We went as far as Venezia on a day trip (a bit more than an hour by car).

A great place for a quiet holiday in the historical territory of the winery of the descendants of Dante! We were delighted with the views, nature, the premises and the apartment itself, where there is everything necessary for life. Silence, peace, fresh air! The staff is excellent and really enjoyed the agro tour in this complex. I strongly advise you to visit, especially during the day you can go and feel the splendor and harmony of Verona! I wish the owners and staff of the hotel prospects, love, positivity and great luck!
The biggest advantage of the hotel is the view.. both during day time when you can see Lake Garda and surrounding wineyards and night when you see lots of lights below your feet. The hotel is very small, calm and cosy, situated in an authenthic building. The room was not big nor was the bathroom but it was enough for us. The second thing we enjoyed a lot was the breakfast - all of the food was very fresh and tasty plus you enjoy it together with the views.
Everything was great. At the beginning, warm welcome by Nadia and Thomas😍They are very nice people.Room was very clean and breakfast was quite well.Thomas informed us about the places that we would like to see and provided a detailed map.The position of the hotel is very good and very close to Veronna, also 1 hour 40 min to Bologna,40 min to Sirmione(Lake Garda).Next time,we absolutely select this hotel again and strongly suggest to everyone.
Best stay on our tour in Italy. Very nice staff (owner-managed hotel), stunning views, good breakfast, gorgeous infinity pool. No problem with the dog. We extended our stay for 1 Night just after being there 30 Minutes. Wine of own production on every room. There are tons of vineyards to visit each just 10 Minutes away. We can also recommend the „Masi Wine Experience“ nearby.
Everything is great. The view , the host, the swimming pool, the breakfast and the surroundings are amazing. It’s close to Bardolino.
Pancakes are tasty. Thank you for wonderful breakfasts outside.
A friendly dog and cats.
You can buy a home made olive oil.
The small village up the hotel is very cute.
Absolutely relaxing atmosphere!
We almost didn't want to leave a review for Il Biotto as we don't want everyone to know how good it is and fill up the rooms so we can't go back! What a wonderful spot, great family run hotel with all the things you need for a relaxing stay
The staff was really kind and helpful, we had a warm welcome! The hotel was super clean and beautiful, located in the middle on many wine yards. Breakfast was really good. Would definately come back again!
Very Clean rooms and superfriendly stuff, we forgot the Favorite toy from Our daughter at the playground from the Hotel and they Managed everything to get it Back to Our Home. Thank you again!
