We stayed here for one night, and it was really pleasant! We were picked up by the hotel's shuttle service from the train-station, which went smoothly. The room (japanese style), was really spacious! Staff were very helpful and friendly, and dinner and breakfast were excellent. I requested gluten-free meals and they were able to accomodate, which we greatly appreciated!

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Room was pleasant and had a lovely outlook over trees in full bloom. 13 minute bus ride from Kiso Fukushima station. Meals were very generous proportions.
