The cleanliness and staff were superb. They had excellent service and staff were very helpful with anything you need. Full amenities were included such as bathroom essentials and laundry room.

Close to universal studios so we could walk back after a big day. Friendly and efficient staff that greeted us and were happy to show the children the big fish tank at checkin, which made it sonic easier after a big day of travel.
