It was a nice, clean, very tidy, and superb hotel. Everything was well organised. Very convenient place. The staff was very friendly and amazingly helpful.

The facilities were nice and roomy. Many complimentary amenities for guests, including a variety of high quality soaps, shampoos and conditioners, free drinks (including free wine) and some complimentary items from room service. The room itself was incredibly clean - there were a few small areas that I would advise for better cleaning but they were quite minimal. It was a nice last minute hotel.

Automatic check in, reception staff were there if there was any problem. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Wifi good and secure. Close to lots of shops and restaurants, and a short 10 minute walk to the Ishibashi cultural park. The staff were very helpful.

Nothing fancy but better than expected. The room is really big for japanese standard and the location is also good. Parking was quite easy and they also had a laundry machine (which we were not aware of before but was quite helpful).
