Live in Sasebo on base. Walking distance from the Ginza shopping district and the train station. I personally love how easy it is to travel to nearby locations as well. Been in Sasebo for about a year and still haven't seen everything there is to offer.

It's a perfect balance between the city and the countryside, with everything you need, and all the wonderful sights to see, especially Huis Ten Bosch, one of Japan's biggest theme parks. We visited Sasebo with our son who was stationed at the US Navy base 10 years ago. We enjoyed walking around the perimeter of the base and some areas he frequented. Spent only a day and a half in the city.

The view from the windows looked out over the bay which was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and the dining room looks out over the bay with spectacular views. The hotel sits at the far end of the theme park and has courtesy buses to and from the main gate. Second time to stay here and the hotel seems to be a popular choice for many. So, overall this hotel has been our choice and the place we’ve been staying whenever we travel for work.
