We got an upgrade and instead of the booked room, we got a whole house. This was simply fantastic, very cozy, clean. The whole complex is impressive. The onsen was great and very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, unfortunately only one person could speak English halfway. The distance to the airport was very good.

about 500 m to the train station. Easy access to the airport and sapporo station. Very convenient stay for those who plan to fly back early in the morning. Can take train or the bus which is just a just few steps from the hotel. Seven eleven too just next to the hotel. Will stay again in future.

Lake Utonai is worth a quick stop in any season.
Lake Utonai is worth a quick stop in any season. I enjoyed meals at Amiga-Amigas and Toncini’s; both nice Italian restaurants. Upopoy Ainu Museum is excellent. Tomakomai is not a major tourist spot but it is a pleasant place to spend a day or two.Jerry - 8.0Scored 8.0
Tomakomai is just an industrial city but we were surprised...
Tomakomai is just an industrial city but we were surprised to realize how well it is located .It was very comfortable to visit few very beautiful places as noboribetsu,lake shikotsu,mount tarumae and cape chikyu. They have also few restaurants in town and there is no need to have your meals in the hotel like other places in Hokkaido.

If you take a bus, it's ¥630 If you take the train, it's $1500 Train takes about 30 mins. Bus just take an additional 30 mins, which is why i took the bus. For bus, it stops right at the airport For the price, u get a small room to yourself. I like this!!!
