What an amazing beach! Just beautiful and you step right out on to it! Lovely porch area with seats and a hammock and great views of the beach. Nice bar area and food was good. Good spot at the end of the beach. AC worked ok - mosquito nets were really effective. Good to have sun beds to lie on, as no sand fly issues.

Amazing location - right next to Nest and in between two main beaches. The owner is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond! Great food, had breakfast every day and it was always fantastic and the green curry is to die for! Would absolutely come back, especially when the bar is finished building! Thank you for everything.

The restaurant is well priced and food is tasty. The staff are helpful and friendly. We booked a bungalow with a fan and they were kind enough to bring us an extra fan without even being asked. Note - check in is after 2pm, not 1pm as stated on booking.com.

You&Me Resort, hotel in Koh Rong Island

Facing the beachfront, You&Me Resort offers 4-star accommodation in Koh Rong Island and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a private beach area.

Right from booking the hotel we knew we had made an excellent choice. Within 5 minutes of booking the Hotel Manager, Lily has emailed me explaining how to get to the resort from Sihanoukville airport, including costs, ferry companies and how to get from the drop off points on the island to the resort. Before leaving Sihanoukville we messaged Lily with our ferry details and she arranged a taxi to meet us at the port at Longest beach. The welcome at the resort was excellent, a cold cocktail and a cold face cloth. All of the staff at the resort are amazing, hey were super friendly and really looked after us, they couldn't have done anything more. The rooms are a good size and the choice of food and drinks were excellent. The beach at the resort is amazing and one of the best beaches I have ever visited in the world, it is comparable to the Maldives. The water is turquoise and lovely and warm too, If you don't want to sit on the beach then there are two pools available with plenty of loungers all day long. After touring for 12 days, we wanted somewhere to come and chill and the You & Me Resort delivered in every possible way. Koh Rong is currently an under the radar destination, however, visit now before everyone else hears about it, you won't be disappointed!

Salacia's Suite, hotel in Koh Rong Island

Salacia's Suite has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Koh Rong Island.

The suite is everything! Every detail of the room was thought with love and comfort. We enjoyed the bed swing and the hammocks by the sea, and loved the food! Even though there’s no a/c, the fans and the breeze do the job of keeping the room breezy. Miri was a wonderful host, and here beautiful story is worth hearing.

Very beautiful beaches, still pretty wild everywhere.

Very beautiful beaches, still pretty wild everywhere. No much nightlife but perfect to relax and enjoy the beach. Renting a scooter is highly recommended to get the most of the island and explore different places and beaches at your own pace. We went to Lonely Beach, Coconut Beach and Long Beach and really lovely the 3 of them. We stayed in the fishing village in the North-East, really authentic.

The most interesting and genuine fishing village on the island, Preksway, is well worth a wander around. Some nice beaches (e.g. Pagoda Beach) but unfortunately I was a bit underwhelmed by the visual side of the island. Large areas have been flattened out to build hotels and casinos on for the Chinese tourists, so not very pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately much plastic and other trash lying around build-up areas.

Beautiful island with stunning beaches white sand and clear waters. You had to use the boats to get around as the road infrastructure is not great ! The resort's are a bit shabby, but to be expected, as this is a third world country in many ways. The people are very friendly, and, by and large, the bars and restaurants are reasonable and inexpensive.

Lily’s riverhouse is a little paradise nested in the mangrove, in a quiet, natural location. The owners and the staff are all very caring and friendly. The food is the best on the island, very tasty, cheap with generous quantities. The boat trip was definitely a highlight, and the kayaks a great way to explore the mangrove and floating village. We loved playing with the little otter and her dog friends! We rented a motorbike to explore and had a fantastic time. Thank you Lin, Ah Sey, Ty and Lily 😊

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful huge swim up room, very efficient aircon, stunning surroundings, pure emir sandy beach, sitting on one of the best beaches on the island, hammocks, sunbeds, lots of seating, massage on the beach, friendly charming staff, bar service on the beach, great food, first class pools, huge gym, small taxi boat affiliated with the hotel, bars and restaurants three minute walk, so glad we ignored some of the reviews on here that were completely unjust

Bed was super comfy and it’s a good location. Everywhere on the island is quite expensive so don’t expect the best for the price. We also read a lot of reviews before going about dirty water and wi-fi etc- all these are common wherever you are on the island but they’re not an issue. We went late March and you definitely need air conditioning. The staff were all nice, it’s not cambodian owned so if you’re looking for a more local experience there are other options.

    - Very friendly and helpful owner! Definitely has to be mentioned separately, as I noticed this particularly positively! - Quick and helpful response via the Booking.com chat - Helpful tips for the island - Cheap (related to the island), but still clean - Air conditioning and fan - Motorcycle organized quickly and conveniently for me - No mosquitoes in the apartment - there is a shower in front of the accommodation to wash off the sand - 2 larger beds in the room

The location is beautiful, cheap snorkel hire and beach access meant you have some of the best coastline in Cambodia all to yourself. Very secluded and great to be around nature. Dany was very friendly and helped us with questions beforehand and anything we needed. Food options were good and tasted great. Our balcony was perfect for a morning to read and soak in the atmosphere Being able to see plankton at night without paying for a tour was fantastic!

The Alina resort is marked as a four star hotel with an appreciation from clients of 8.6. Usually I trust all of this on Booking.com BUT Luna is not even to standard -the rating of a guest house with all respect for guesthouses. The Wi-Fi worked well and the two staff available were kind u to didn’t seem to have a lot of hotel experience. The location is good, but everything else a major disappointment.
