The staff were really friendly and attentive. Pheng was particularly helpful in ensuring we had a comfortable stay and additional equipment such as fans due to the heat. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Also the location is ideal to access restaurants and bars, as well as all the local activities that can be booked.

I loved everything at this hotel. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, always ready with a smile, for conversation and advice. I really enjoyed my stay, it felt very homely. Highly recommended hotel. We stayed 4 nights here, room is clean,good service(staff) provided and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the swimming pool much, the location is a little bit far from town but still acceptable for visit all the places in Siem Reap. You can still get everything from the shops nearby such as cold drinks, 🍞, coffee, tuk tuk,local food,etc. Room is big and quiet, aircorn is cold enough.We like here very much, the environment is very peaceful and relaxing.There is one more thing to highlight is the bed is very comfortable.

Very clean hotel, very spacious rooms, clean linen. We took a suite with its own kitchen, lounge, and bedrooms. It had a massive terrace and a balcony going all around the apartment. The breakfast was excellent, next to the pool. We had a meal at the Sala cafe and the staff there were excellent. They even gave my wife a surprise birthday cake. Mr Lors, the F& B manager, the chef , the hotel staff at the reception, and the cleaning staff were all so polite and waiting to serve you. You get personalised attention. We had to leave the hotel early to see the sunrise over the temple and they provided us with packed breakfast. I can't find anything negative about this hotel. Thank you for making our 3 day stay so pleasant. We will cherish the memories.
