I was given a room with balcony on the 7th floor. The view over the city and mountains beyond was absolutely breathtaking. Unforgettable, in fact. The room was nice. Everything was there as advertised and the TV had the Turkish English language channel, so I was able to catch up with the news. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. There is a metro station close to the hotel, and several eating places nearby. I found the reception staff very helpful and informative.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk to metro, and there are several bus lines. 10 minutes walk to Forum shopping center with a big supermarket. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good both taste and variety. We have dinner in the same restaurant, food quality is good, we like the rib eye steak, for price is reasonable, worth to try. Staff attitude and helpfulness is not the same standard, our stay of 4 days, first 2 days the girl in the front desk is very helpful, polite and with smiles. The last 2 days the girl at the front desk is not helpful nor any smiles, we simply wanted to change some small bank notes but couldn’t get response.

Everything as promised and matches the reviews from past guests. Staff is meticulous about cleanliness and attentive, full points for this! There is a water dispenser in the corridor next to the room, comes handy if you are thirsty. During a part of my stay, there were no other guests in the rooms next to mine, so I enjoyed very quiet evenings, this also because the window was to the inner yard, not to the busy street. There is an abundance of fancy cafes, restaurants and shops in the area, making the location perfect for those who enjoy shopping and eating out.
