I’ve been to this property before and what brought me back is the location and the pleasantness experienced before . I think the management has changed since and the property is showing few parts wear and tear especially in the common areas . But the staff remains lovely . We came in pretty late in the evening and the manager had informed the staff well and check in was a breeze .

The room was very big and it had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The manager, Dinesh, picked me up very late from the airport (I arrived at around midnight) and he was super helpful the next day - organized for example an excellent private driver which then took me to sigirya and Kandy. He‘s super helpful and very nice and made the stay here exceptional.

It is close to the airport, has a pool and is relatively cheap. Never the less - the place needs a proper cleaning and looks a bit like the years got ahold of it. But the friendly and helpful staff made it even for us. Weigand a nice view with sunrise too!
