I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and their staff. They were very responsive to my group and I. The apartment was very well cleaned, better than I expected. The location was very convenient for us as we were not there for tourism. The apartment was larger than I expected and well appointed. I was very pleased. The desk clerk taught my kids to play pool. The staff were amazing! We arrived late and tried to order a taxi for dinner, and they spent over 30 mins trying to call one for us. When there were no taxis available, he called a restaurant close by that did deliveries. AND when the delivery driver didn't show up, he went to the restaurant himself to grab our food! He was a life saver, and we are still so grateful we stayed here and met these kind people!

We stayed here to have easy access to the airport for a night. It was great - the rooms were clean and spacious with hot showers. We had a pasta dinner and were up and our the door very early and easily. Our son accidentally left his Nintendo switch behind and the staff was super helpful in getting it back to
us. The setting is not near the medina - but it’s quiet and easy to check in and out with luggage.
