Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping center and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina.

The room were good view we were up graded in the room as we came
Then on room entery the bed was not properly done
The tea tray were not done and the coffee sac were open from the people before
The washroom were not equipped by rope and handcream
The slippers came on request
The bed sheet looks un clean they were not tidy
The cleaner on may 6 said its done then when I showed her she arranged the bed
The complimentary water came later as we asked for
