I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely hotel, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Berta and Mauricio were particularly outstanding in their service and made our stay unforgettable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible food served at the hotel restaurant. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious, and we were blown away by the quality of the dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options and everything was so fresh and tasty.
But what really made our stay memorable was the way the staff went above and beyond to celebrate the birthday of my partner. Berta and Mauricio surprised us with a cake and decorated our room, making our stay feel so special and personalized. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we will never forget.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The friendly staff, delicious food, and personalized touches make it the perfect place to stay for any occasion. Beautiful location. Facilities all worked really well (a/c, hot water, fridge, etc), rooms are large and mattresses were really comfortable. The host family and staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the on site restaurant was excellent. We had fantastic time there. Fernando, the owner couldn't have done more to help us with everything from recommendations of things to do / places to go, to helping with phone calls in Spanish. He's created a uniquely happy, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay
