Seri Iskandar is sort of a mixed bag.
Seri Iskandar is sort of a mixed bag. It is a town with a lot of modern-looking architecture and services, but there are also the more rural aspects of the town which puts a lot of contrast. For example, there is the sleek design of a Starbucks restaurant next to a large bus stop that is in a poor state. In addition, Grab services can be difficult for transportation, especially to Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) itself. The food is okay, but there are overpriced modern-looking cafes that I do not recommend going to.

easy walking distance to food stalls..just a minute walk from the lobby door hotels..beside there a mall just next to the hotel..have GSC cinema and bowling centre..highly recommended to all.for sure you'll not regret✌

We're from Singapore and visited University of technology...
We're from Singapore and visited University of technology Petronas for business. We were surprised by what we saw! It's a beautiful campus with nice lakes (from old tin mine ), and a gorgeous library. The landscape was also carefully worked on , especially surrounding the library. Make a trip to see this oaisis south of Ipoh --its just 38 mins from old street ipohMay LingSingapore - 8.0Scored 8.0
Seri Iskandar is a place that still slowly developed.
Seri Iskandar is a place that still slowly developed. Luckily there is a University that is UTP. Hope the authority can make the place as nice as possible to welcome people from other place and states. As i saw recently, Puncak Iskandar is new and nice, but it is poorly managed.

Seri Iskandar is a growing town. It has a lot to offer to different kinds of tourist. There are shopping emporiums and fast food outlets available. If you are a kampong food lover, you are spoiled for choices. You can always try its bowling alleys to unwind in the evening. Or while the evening away, chilling at any of its chill-out hotspots.
