And I paid for ac and the ac in whole plan didn’t work then they also gave me a worse room than I booked for they said they gave my room away then charged more was super hot and sucked don’t recommend not even in the worst emergency.

One thing I don’t like about hotels in Nigeria is that when you book for 2 they only want to serve breakfast for one never see that before they are cheating people and some rooms are not as described so have to be careful when booking I don’t like people that lies just to make money . Sorry to say but that is the truth and booking. Com should tell them what they are doing to customers are not good. And sometimes they cheat on booking.com by telling the people to cancel and stay less money but nothing really less. Please customers should not listen to them to cancel if you booked from booking.com

Ikeja is a central business area on the Lagos mainland.
Ikeja is a central business area on the Lagos mainland. It’s more convenient for the Lagos airports (local and international). Ikeja was the place to be before everyone moved to the Island/Lekki. It it is still a good place for shopping and fun. Lots of eateries/restaurants and clubs to enjoy at. Lots of salons and spa places without Lekki prices (shhh, our secret!). Also has the fabulous Ikeja Mall and highbrow GRA district. It’s easy to move around to other places in Lagos such as Maryland and the ‘gritty’ Ogba and Agege suburbs. For my stay, I ate at Tasty Chicken outlet in Opebi and my hotel restaurant (Ibis). Walked to a really good salon on Toyin Street and had a fabulous manicure pedicure. Was also able to pick up some local foodstuff at the Ogba Retail Market. I’m still a mainland girl at heart.

The booking site and the hotel site was a $300 discrepancy.
The booking site and the hotel site was a $300 discrepancy. So before you book anything I would find out the correct price. I checked and double checked and was still charged $300 more than I was quoted. Be careful

Ikeja is a nice neighborhood but the ibis hotel is total rubbish. The rooms are very small with the wall that’s old and a 14 inches TV. The picture quality of the tv is nonsense and the cable offers limited option. Customer service is zero and the overall customer experience is terrible. Will never recommend this hotel for anyone
1. The Staff were friendly, professional and hospitable. They went above and beyond to attend to requests without complaint. They made my stay so enjoyable
2. Electricity was uninterrupted. Anytime power goes off, their generators were turned on instantly.
3. My stay was peaceful and calm. There’s no unwarranted noise at this hotel. Environment is serene.
4. Complimentary breakfast was on point. Good selection.
5. Wifi was working.
6. AC, Standing fan and fridge worked perfectly.
7. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff. They are the reason I keep going back. I find them friendly and very helpful. I did have a small disagreement with one of the breakfast attendants but thay was an exception to the rule.
Everyone makes me feel very welcome and appreciated.
Customer Service is key for me and they seem to have got it right.
The room size and the facilities are competitive with other hotels I have stayed in in the Ikeja GRA axis.
First is their Staff, they are doing A Great Job and have Good Manner of Approach, at first I wasn't very okay with my Room but later got comfortable and it was really nice , although I didn't get the Free WiFi service but I did get the Free Breakfast service.. I do think they need some upgrade on some of their Facilities like the TV and some other stuff.. Overall I don't Regret going there.
They staff changed room for me easily after speaking with their boss. I was upgraded from executive suite to pent house. They didn’t check my arrival time and my reserved room leased out. Then on my arrival they had only the pent house suite left. I didn’t get the chance to eat breakfast left for the airport at 4.30am . So was at the hotel between 10.30pm to 4.30am.
Cool place. I had payment issues due to network, which prevented me from using my mobile app. I tried pos outside the hotel it was fruitless. Inspite of that I was not denied lodging till I was able to raise cash. The hotel saved us the embarrassing situation. Thanks
The staff were absolutely great and welcoming. I had a great stay even only for a short night. They ensured I was comfortable and had everything I required. Definitely recommend and I will definitely return again on my next trip to Lagos.
The staff are so friendly! They are all eager to help. It was so wonderful to have things working, and feel comfortable and safe at the hotel while we there in Lagos, having Visa on arrival complications.
Excellent staff, service, and value. Historic hotel with very courteous and attentive management and staff. Perhaps the best hotel value anywhere. A must for visiting Lagos in the heart of Ikeja.
Nothing really 'cos I never got to stay in the hotel. Extremely terrible customer service at the front desk, I had to walk away as the front desk lady was ill-mannered and condescending.
Hotel facilities are excellent. My room was immaculate, clean and tidy. Staff are knowledgeable and responsive. Way above my expectations. Overall a great experience staying there.
Breakfast is simple. But it match with the hotel.
The waitress was often angry but the manager et other team were very nice.
I strongly recommande.
The value for money is ok.
Well, I like the fact that the hotel is located in a good and serene environment and it was easier to locate. But as for breakfast, nothing like that was introduced to us.
The staff was very professional and friendly throughout the stay. Location of the hotel was very good and around a lot of places from restaurants, shopping etc.
