Ended up coming back here 3 times, located in a really nice quiet part of Rivas. Great value for money, comfy double bed, very clean, well built rooms with a lot of airflow!. The owners are what made this place! Extremely kind and were able to help with any Nicaragua / Rivas related questions. Also fluent in English and Dutch if that helps. Definately recommend staying here if your passing through Rivas, definitely a underrated little town.

The location here is really good. The room is old and run down, the window in your bedroom looks into a family's yard and the kids are always there looking into your room. The room has a fan on the ceiling that rotates around the whole room, it didn't do very much to make you comfortable. The place doesn't turn the lights on at night so you can't see too get your key into the lock of your door. The staff was nice.
