It's a good location for trips to the Somoto Canyon. Sandra the host was happy to help us organise an amazing day in the canyon, where we got picked up in the morning and dropped up in the afternoon at the apartment.
More than anything it was Sandra that made our stay truly amazing. She is an amazing woman and a fantastic host.

The room was spotless and comfortable, had all the amenities and was perfect.
The staff were so friendly, informative and very helpful! We were only staying for a night before we crossed the Nicaraguan border but it was an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay after a long day of travelling.
We had to leave before breakfast started to catch our bus, but the staff realised this when we checked in and asked for help with transportation the following day and were kind enough to prepare us food the following morning earlier than 7 so that we had a meal before we left!
