Good central location - exactly what we were looking for. Room was spacious, bathroom was good, everything was very clean. We could hear the noise from the street but that turned out to be a good thing as we heard people running to see the Northern lights and we joined them and actually saw it!! Breakfast offered big choice including non-dairy milk and some fruit. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. What I liked the most was the free coffee / tea and a cake to go with them. Plus a waffle machine and a jug of batter to make your own fluffy waffles - yummy and a great touch!

Fantastic! My recent stay at Ami Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 10/10 for the location which is minutes away from the pier and the city center. Smooth check-in process, Big, clean and hygienic rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and value for money stay! Room was tastefully decorated and spacious too, The kitchen and other facilities provided by the hotel are impressively comprehensive, Tea Coffee is on the house! The beds are very comfortable. The lady at reception (afternoon shift) was so nice and polite. Always helpful and available for our needs and questions. She should be rewarded in comparison to the morning shift colleague (shifts on 11th and 12th March).
