The view out the back onto an open field was amazing. We did some star gazing and got some amazing pictures. It is also very close to Hobbiton, which we went to in the morning.

Easy parking to one side of house outside accomodation side entry. Nice modern dwelling and facilities. Good option to have use of the owner's pool (we weren't there long enough to make use of this). Nice and comfy lounge to sit in for several people with big screen TV to make use of. Good value for money overall, even though half an hour from our plans in Hamilton.
