Good location if you want to be in the center of activities, shopping, eating. But during Maskarra festival, it can be very noisy.

place is secure and safe. staff was amazing and our room was nice.
There is nothing to do in Bacolod. Landers as a shopping experience was poor, S & R opens next week which may help. There are a few good restaurants Bobs, 51, and the Chinese. The Seda hotel is the best by a mile. The main SM centre is boring and unexciting.
Perhaps fishing trips or sensibly priced visits to the hot springs if advertised would be an idea.
The Golf course is flat and nice people there.

A nice place to stay. People are polite and courteous.
A nice place to stay. People are polite and courteous. Foods are excellent in taste, presentation & good value for money. The best place we visited : DSB, too many coffee shops and other places that caters to very excellent food. Easy to go somewhere else within the city proper with the use of the app of Grab cars with affordable rates.

Philippine sugar capital never sours
Philippine sugar capital never sours
Bacolod is a sweet, culture-rich destination in the middle region of the Philippines. People never tire of smiling, offering assistance to visitors. Taxi drivers are honest and their vehicles are clean. You can ask them to take you to the Maskara festival and take part in it too. Visit San Sebastián Cathedral, a landmark of faith and culture. Needing a natural respite from stresses? Head to Mambukal fresh water spring resort and be rejuvenated. The Bacolod Chicken Inasal (barbecue) is an unforgettable touch to the palate while Aboys Restaurant is superior in grilled seafood. Top the Bacolod experience with Calea cakes for the unsweetened tooth. Taste it for yourself .

I mostly go to Bacolod for BaCon Pop.
I mostly go to Bacolod for BaCon Pop. And so far, it's been great. My friends and I always make sure to go to Vikings at least once during our stay in Bacolod. It's fairly easy to get around with the help of Grab.

The thing with Bacolod is there isn't really much to see within the city itself. The interesting spots are all outside the city. The Ruins is in Talisay City. The Silay ancestral houses are all in Silay City. Mambukal is in Murcia.

Talk to the locals, they'll help you navigate.
Talk to the locals, they'll help you navigate. Taxi drivers are honest and take pride of the city. The new service shuttle loop is air-conditioned and have friendly conductors. Even fellow passengers will help you find your destination. A few beggars and street sleepers around but fewer than I can remember. I just loved the "chill" nature of people around. I felt safe walking 12 rounds at the lagoon early morning with zumba music for the dancers in front of the Capitol building. It was a good vibe
Outstanding customer service by the hotel staff! My wife experienced a medical emergency that necessitated hospitalization. The hotel staff assisted by getting her blood pressure readings, providing her a wheelchair, and calling a taxi so we can go to the nearest hospital. They also let us borrow an umbrella when we toured.
Aside from this, great variety in the breakfast buffet. Location is unbeatable. View of the Capitol lagoon from our room is a good bonus.
Hassle free check in and check out.
- Rooms were very clean and basic toiletries were provided.
- Great location, near SM Bacolod and Manokan Country.
- Breakfast was okay. The room that we got didn't have free breakfast so we paid an additional 375 per person for their breakfast buffet. Options were limited so we only had breakfast at the hotel for 1 day. Love their brewed coffee, no sour aftertaste.
This is one of those places that far exceeds your expectations. Friendly intelligent and helpful folks at the front desk. The room was frankly amazing. Completely stocked with utensils and everything you could need. Good lighting. Big fridge. I would happily live there if I had a reason to be in Bacolod. Nice restaurant across the street. Laundry near by
Buti nalang nadiscover namin etong hotel na to para everytime na nasa Bacolod kami ng family ko or even with my friends, hindi na kami mahirapan maghanap ng accommodation na very affordable, may magandang location, and at the same time malinis. Yes po! sometimes pag budget friendly natitipid sa service, pero here sulit.
I like everything except the neighborhood outside of SM. I didn't understand it because it felt like we ere in a pier area or an industrial area of Bacolod where there's warehouses and squatters.
My husband and I went walking but only within the SM property as we didn't feel safe outside.
When in Bacolod, O Hotel has always been in my top 3 hotels. Not only are they affordable, but the place & facitilities ARE SPOTLESS! Location is perfect (downtown area surrounded by grocery shops, malls, restaurants). And the staff is highly commendable.
We stayed here for a night, the staff was very accommodating and approachable. Very quick also to tend for your needs, there are soms flaws but doesn't hurt to ask for help to their staff. Comfortable and near the center of Bacolod.
Staying at Park Inn Radisson Bacolod. is the best vacation we had for 15 days. It’s lovely place to live in for a short vacation, so clean and the staff is accommodating. The location is perfect it’s beside SM City Bacolod.
it's pretty comfortable and is in a great location - at the back of Robinsons Place Bacolod - it's very convenient. the staff are fantastic. everything is great although it is not perfect, but it's really a great place!
Yhe hotel and its staff were very hospitable and took care of our needs. they even upgraded me to a presidential suite. i would go there again if i have the chance and would recommend stone hill to others
The room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. And there's the free breakfast. :) Overall good experience and definitely a place I'd recommend in Bacolod City.
One of the best rooms I've stayed in in the Philippines. Very helpful and friendly staff (although slightly forgetful! But I didn't follow up so it's on me). Happy with the experience.
I love how the classic apartelle or hotel with no elevator. Suitable for avle guests. Staff are awesome and room area is definitely big. On top of it BREAKFAST is superb 🙌🙌🙌
So far the best Hotel i stayed in Bacolod. Very nice room, comparable with Western Standards. I also checked out a room with a King size bed and that was even better.
It a great stay, ang mura lang niya pero it exceed my expectation, malinis at mabango ang rooms nila not just that kahit yung pinakahotel mismo malinis talaga.
