Furnishings and fittings were all top quality. There was a full kitchen, with cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment and also a 'lounge' area with Netflix and other on-line channels. There was a balcony with a nice view. The owners had clearly tried very hard to provide a top experience, unfortunately it "just missed". :(

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast was also very nice with many options. It's a beautiful hotel with great amenities and the pool area is also very nice (big thanks to Kyla from the pool bar for her great service!).
