Talisay has the normal city amenities you need to stay connected and well fed. There are somethings to do there but mostly shopping and seeing another district of Cebu. Very close to the SM Seaside Mall and the ports of Cebu.

Talisay is a typical small town right at the edge of Cebu.
Talisay is a typical small town right at the edge of Cebu. Where I stayed was close to a mall, but other than that limited dining, narrow streets with no parking, and nothing much to attract a traveler besides the hotel.
