It is a suitable location for access to two of the most beautiful and quiet beaches on the Romanian coast of the Black Sea.
Nomad beach is very nicely and functionally arranged. It has all the facilities for activities and recreation at the beach for all ages.
The natural environment is very friendly, with fine sand and very smooth access to the water (the water is below 50 cm at a distance of at least 20 m from the shore). It is very suitable for children and people with a "fear" of water.
The Lifeguard Service is permanently operational.
There is a good restaurant and bar on the beach.
Parking is generous and access to the beach is easy.
Corbul Beach is less developed than Nomad Beach, but the natural environment is particularly beautiful and picturesque. It is a well-maintained "wild" beach.
There are several famous restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the beach.
There is also camping and accommodation facilities in tents and cottages.

We stayed for 3 nights. Beach is wild with no amenities ( and it should stay so to preserve it ) but with a couple of nice bars. One word, go to Corbu if you want a wild and genuine stay. If you're luxurious, that is definitely not for you.

Amazing wild beach, very different from the rest of Romanian seaside.
I had the most relaxing day on Corbu beach just watching the waves, birds and clouds. Nature took over and all anxiety flew away while being there.
Long beach with fine sand, seashells and snail shells. The water is very shallow probably it takes a while to get to the deeper side not sure about the rip current so be careful.
There is a very chill terrace at the beach where we had local fish which was cooked heavenly.
After sunset the mosquito show up, so make sure you have more clothes and insects repepellent.

I recommend the wild beach of Corbu, although is not that wild anymore but is not very populated either.
There is a great view from the upper coast and the beach itself is great for those who are passionate about photography and want to portray great places.
I haven't been there during summer, only spring time and the beach was really empty, for me to enjoy.
Make sure, if you travel by car that you will go and park in the Corbu Golf - so that means you are basically on the beach - so you can explore easily by foot the wonderful surroundings.

Corbu is the new Vama Veche, not the one today, but the one that used to be. The beach is amasing, not very accesable but it definately worths the trouble getting there. Very peaceful location, that offers both a lake view ( very near) or an isolated beach ( 15 min driving).
