I booked this room for my parents; it was spontaneous and I thought there are going to be no rooms. The booking was made one day before their arrival. They came from Poland and since the check in starts at 14:00, they arrived somewhere around 11:30 pm. The lady from the reception called me to know the approximate time they are arriving so she can welcome them there and not just leave the key on a table and go home.
After talking with my parents, they told me that everything was as in the pictures, the employees were nice and welcoming and wanted to feel as good as possible while staying at the hotel. More than that, the quality-price ratio is one of the best so far as they told me.
