Very nice place and kind people. The room was spacious and in front of the ranch there's a nice restaurant with all kinds of food and deserts. It was great. Thank you so much.

Responsive owner. We arrived late after updating our arrival time but owner's daughter came with keys to the apartment when we messaged him on the app that we have arrived.

The town is not that pleasant although the Princely Court is well worth a visit with its excellent Sunset Tower which is not a scary walk up. The military barracks are a must to visit to see where the Ceausecus were tried and shot on Christmas Day.

This hotel was a beautiful surprise for me as I was in Targoviste for a sad family story.
I booked this hotel as it was the nearest from where I needed to be day and night (in the center of the city), and I had a wonderful surprise to find an excellent hotel, beautiful large and modern room, an exquisite cuisine at the hotel restaurant, many choices even for vegetarians (which is rare in Roumania), and the personnel that was extremely kind and helpful (as I lived a difficult family health situation).
So I warmly recommend this hotel in Targoviste, the ancient capital of Valahia where the old town is worth to be visited.
Hope that helps other people to be as welcomed and supported, during this difficult period for me, in their vacation trip to Targoviste, as I was.
Best regards,
Ileana
We stayed for 1 night. It is not in Targoviste but in the village close to it. Check in is no problem. Be aware that you have to send your ID via booking or what's up as part of self check in. If you wish to sleep longer and with open window be aware that nearby are cocks and those are noisy in the morning.
You pay extra for using the kitchen. But it has all you need.
The bed was big enough as well as the bathroom. Nice outside tables to enjoy breakfast.
An apartment in an old communist-era block. It’s refurbished, but it’s also what that sounds like. That aspect alone is somewhat interesting. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean. At the moment, there are not many places to stay in Targoviste, so this served its purpose. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the center of Targoviste, which is a bit far but that was known before hand.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the host person was amazing. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It is also close to the tower, park, and the zoo, I highly recommend this appartament for anyone visiting Târgoviște.
Very nice apartment in Targoviste. with all the things you might need. The host left us some free beverages in the fridge. It's about 15 - 20 min walk to the center but you can always take an uber, it's quite cheap.
Very clean and tidy apartment. We had a really short stay - just one night as we were in Targoviste, planning to leave but decided to stay one more night. We booked it short notice. The owner was very nice.
The flat had everything we needed - it was spotless, modern and very comfy. The host was super responsive and helpful - we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Târgoviște.
The hotel was empty and probably started up for us after making our booking. The Standard of the hotel is very average. The bedsheets and towels were clean and smelled nice.
