Hotel Villa Bianca is a perfect place located in center of Liptovsky Mykulas. Nice hosts, they there friendly, intelligent and helpful, changed smaller room in to a bigger even I don’t asked them, good breakfast, garage storage for ski equipment, dryer for boots, washing machine, free parking, fresh new building. Sauna is 14 euros for 2 people for 2 hours - which is enough, because it's private and only for you. It's 15-20 minutes to the Jasna resort on a car, if ski buss to Jasna it is about 1 km. to buss stop, so better on a car.

Cozy interiors, airy room, clean bathroom. And the breakfast… my goodness, the breakfast was crazy good, every day. The apartments are at a 15 minute walk from the city center. The host is super nice, she made sure all our needs were met. You could tell she put a lot of work and dedication into this place. We went there to ski mostly–Jasna is a 15-20 minute car ride from here. There are private parking spots for guests right next to the property.

Liptovsky Mikulas is a great place to stay; the town center...
Liptovsky Mikulas is a great place to stay; the town center is excellent, with a very famous church. All the central square is such a lovely place, and be sure to look for the program: they do outside free music evenings and concerts. Unexpectedly, we have enjoyed listening to a local (?) rock group music. It was great, and the guys made "a noise"! Several restaurants are about. The attractions for kids are plenty, such as an Illusions museum (worth to go!), or a roller coaster (worth to go!) and, of course, an aqua park (expensive but a great experience for those who likes). Supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants are well available. And, you are near the mountains with 10-20 min to reach multiple mountain attractions. And, our experience is that all the roads around are very good. We had no traffic jams, and could easily travel for 70-80 km around, this means reaching famous Slovakian attractions in the mountains: lakes, waterfalls, parks.MICHAELIsrael - 2.0Scored 2.0

Don't stay in Mikulas overnigh, better find something in Poprad district and visit TatraLandia, Chopok or Besenova by car. Services sucks miserably, they are in "Give me your money and go away..." mode.

Amazing town in the heart of Tatra mountains right between Low, West and High Tatras. Amazing climate in summer, gorgeous mountain views, green meadows. A lot of things to do outdoors and indoors. Main attractions are Tatralandia, Caves and snow slopes in the winter. Wonderful bike trail along the Vah river. Hundreds of trails around for hiking. This place is especially good if you love the nature and mountain hiking

Liptovsky Mikulas is at the base of the low Tatra mountains. It is very convenient to get to the mountains and caves that are close by. Although it's a small town, there is a lot to do and it's great for kids as well.

Town is an excellent starting point for winter skiing, summer swimming in Liptovska Mara lake, trekking in Low Tatras mountains or taking a trip to awesome High Tatras. Liptovsky Mikulas itself is not very exciting town for tourists but it is surrounded by hot spa pools, has beautiful views on mountains and you can find yummy food restaurants in there. We used Restaurant Taverna Liptovska Izba.

This is a cosy, friendly small town in between the mountains. There are good restaurants, excellent places to ski, lots of beautiful scenic places and relaxing atmosphere. This is a good place whether you are travelling alone or with your family.

He doesn't speak good English but makes the best of all situations. The penzion, which looks like an old hotel, is very old design, you could say retro, as shown on the photos but kept in nice shape. Don't be afraid of the old look. Two level studio, very spacious. The bedroom level is on the top floor, some may find it uncomfortable to come down the stairs at night. Very good wi-fi!

The staff was also very friendly and helpful (they helped us even with our car, because due to the extreme cold weather we had some problem with starting the engine). The temperature in the apartment was very warm (sometimes we felt too hot), but it was perfect for my 4 month old son. Thank you! :)

Its a clean place, breakfasts are great and they are self service, and people working there are amazing. You get 1 h free SPA which is sauna and jacuzzi. The Ski bus stop is about 50 meters away from the hotel. The family room has got bedroom upstairs and there is a lake view from your balcony. The food in the restaurant is super good with very reasonable prices.
