Beautiful location set in the village about a km from Marangu gate. Close to a waterfall for swimming and at night a welcoming fire to sit by. Food was great and plentiful. Lots of trails to explore in the area and the opportunity to hike Kilimanjaro for a day hike or to the top.
To get to the home stay you can go by boda boda or taxi from marangu town/bus station; the roads to the village are very rough.
Staff and host did everything to make our stay very pleasurable. Thank you.

Nicely laid out property with small cottages spread out in a large garden. Very nice green space to enjoy. Room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was very nice and with hot water. Staff were very nice and friendly.

We loved our stay at the Honey Badger Lodge! Super beautiful pool area, restaurant and huts. Our room was very big with a separate shower room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and I loved my massage. One of the best ones I had in years! The food was all right, nothing amazing but good value for money.

Agnes at reception was very friendly and helpful with all requests. Great to have a pool and a nice quiet neighbourhood - 5 min tuk-tuk into centre of Moshi, also some bars on the main road you can wonder up to. Food was very good.

If you need a site of mount Kilimanjaro, this is the best location. I enjoyed my stay. I left my wallet at the property and Beatus was so kind to drive back to deliver.
