What a great lodge to begin a most remarkable journey in Tanzania! The buildings are terrific in Maasai style. But what is the most important thing: it’s run by the Maasai and lovely taken care of! Evaline House was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Dorcas was a great and welcoming host, who even cooked dinner and prepared an early breakfast. The house is 15min from Kilimanjaro airport, try to get a reasonable price for the taxi.
