There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible.
The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

We stayed here as we had an early departure from San Francisco airport. It is a little way from the airport but the free shuttle offered by the hotel means this is not an issue at all as it goes frequently to and from the airport and is very easy to catch.
The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room was great and we looked into the central atrium which was great. The blackout curtains were especially brilliant.
Would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future

Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza.
Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay.
When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The breakfast is great.

Burlingame is centrally located and made it easy to visit family who lives in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Convenient to highways and stores nearby. Nice walkable downtown with lots of stores for shopping and great eateries.
The view from anywhere on the hotel grounds was fantastic! The lights of the airport across the water were so beautiful. The food at the hotel was great and the beds were perfection. Was worried the sound of the planes in the distance might be an issue for my light-sleeping friend but she said it wasn't an issue and she slept great. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The shuttle drivers were on time and professional. All-in-all, very happy with our stay.
Our room suited our needs however our bathroom and tub/shower had a lot of hair in it. Other than the bathroom it appeared the room was clean. I realize this Marriott is one of the older ones but just wished the rooms could have been
updated.
The restaurant was also not open but due to what we have been experiencing (Covid and shortage of staff) I understand why. Our meal in the bar area was delicious and wonderful staff!
This is not a luxury hotel and is clearly an older hotel. However, the hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. We really felt ‘at home’ here. My wife really liked the breakfasts (I don’t eat breakfast) and they always have a fruit bowl and coffee available in the lobby. We stayed here for a week.. In short, it was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.
I booked this hotel as it was the venue of the convention I was attending with my brother.
The room is great and the staff are courteous. Loved the breakfast buffet, especially that pancake making machine. My brother fell ill during our stay and thank goodness the souvenir shop in the hotel was well-stocked with medication for common illnesses.
The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing, also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out
Restaurant food was very good and staff were all very friendly. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours heading in so the courtesy bus was unavailable however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out due to our 3am arrival
Very close to airport and the shuttle service is nice on time. I had room with beautiful bay view. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Hotel stuffs are very friendly. I think I know where to stay next time when I visit San Francisco. :-)
Mike at the front desk was very nice and helpful and I believe he gave us one of the best rooms in the hotel, we had a fabulous view of the airplanes coming in and out. Room was lovely and extremely clean, bed was super comfortable, very pleased with our stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The waterfront was fantastic and calm. Burlingame is a small town on the other side of the bridge where we found restaurants and groceries. Recommend highly
I like the people that work their best of all the hotels surrounding SFO. I like the girls in the restaurant the cleaning staff, the support staff and especially Ronnie at the desk.
The location was perfect. 2 very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Only a one day / night stop over but walked into Burlingame on the afternoon which was great
