Right across the street from gas and Dunkin! We hiked the campus trails right outside the hotel door. Our Nova Scotia Duck Trolling springer loved her bed and was very comfortable at BW University hotel. Barista in the hotel bar was terrific and made yummy Mojitos to take to the room!

The breakfast was basic. Rooms were great, clean and bright. Another plus point is that they have a charging port for EV, which I used. So you are ready to go in the morning.
