The house was super clean and had all the comforts of being in your own home. They literally have anything you could need to accommodate your family. Want to cook? They have all the pots, pans, and silverware you need. Do you want to make some drinks or take some shots? They have all the glasses you could need. Want to go for a relaxing swim at night after hitting the beach all day? They have lights around the pool, and you can grill some steaks outside at any time of the day. Super quiet and relaxing neighborhood. There is a Winn-Dixie just down the street in case you forget some essentials. Waffle House, McDonald's, CVS, gas stations, car wash, if you need anything, it's literally no more than 4 minutes away. The house has 2 bedrooms with huge comfortable beds and a room with 2 bunk beds for the kids, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room outside, a table, and chairs to lounge around. Everything works and is up to date. Pensacola Beach is at the most a 14-minute drive due through traffic. The place couldn't be more perfect.

Good location, comfy beds and the free hot breakfast was a bonus! There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby too.The room walls were thin, you can hear your neighbors talking. Having a laundry area was convenient but unfortunately we put money & soap in a washer and an error message popped up. If you do not like big summer crowds, then Gulf Breeze may not be the place to visit, but if you are water lover, then you are at the right spot. There are activities and amenities for families, singles, groups, etc.. There is a great obstacle/zip line course right on the main strip. Seafood galore! You can charter boats for fishing or just a nice day out on the water. The scenery is beautiful and there is great history in the forts that surround the cove. A good way to describe it would be a cozier Miami. Locals have also told me that this is a great area for a fall vacation. So if you want to escape the cold and the summer rush, then this would be a perfect landing spot,AAnonymousUnited States of America

Surprised to find 2 canisters of coffee and a good amount of spices, Plenty of cookware too. Furnishings were in good condition. The area felt safe and stores for whatever you might need were nearby. It was set up well for families and I'd recommend to anyone. Communication through booking.com was prompt. We usually stay in hotels but tried this instead. Because of the good experience we had staying here I'd do it again.

Beds were comfortable and the extra towels and bed linens set just like when you stay at a hotel . Attention to detail and comfort was thought of and it shows.
