The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

Hoffman Estates is soul-less.
Hoffman Estates is soul-less. Plenty of strip malls and little else to recommend in this sprawling suburb. Restaurants are mainly in neighbouring suburbs, although I did find a good Thai establishment (Thai Siri). Naturally, a car is essential.StephenSpain - 10Scored 10

Ideally I would have like a room with a whirlpool in a higher floor. I would have liked to check in earlier and check out later. The shower was awesome the room was missing a microwave since there was no room service that would have helped to have the ability to warm my food since I had to go out in the cold and snow to get food. When I came back to the hotel later that day, the elevator was clear to use again. BUT there was STILL blood ON the elevator and it stunk like bleach really badly. You would think we could get a discount or SOMETHING for the inconvenience or anything. That’s disgusting. And the breakfast wasn’t that good. The pool was small. Perfect beds out of all that negativity though. I even got a picture of the blood from the elevator.
