The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

Hoffman Estates is soul-less.
Hoffman Estates is soul-less. Plenty of strip malls and little else to recommend in this sprawling suburb. Restaurants are mainly in neighbouring suburbs, although I did find a good Thai establishment (Thai Siri). Naturally, a car is essential.

I was only there for a couple days but Hoffman has everything you could need (like most Chicago suburbs). It has VERY nice homes and a lovely country club. If the mayor were to give me a free home I would move there (I'm just saying).

Ideally I would have like a room with a whirlpool in a higher floor. I would have liked to check in earlier and check out later.
The shower was awesome the room was missing a microwave since there was no room service that would have helped to have the ability to warm my food since I had to go out in the cold and snow to get food. No room service would have been nice to know up from

I heard gunshots around midnight and the next morning, the elevator on my floor was blocked off. When I came back to the hotel later that day, the elevator was clear to use again. BUT there was STILL blood ON the elevator and it stunk like bleach really badly. You would think we could get a discount or SOMETHING for the inconvenience or anything. That’s disgusting. And the breakfast wasn’t that good. The pool was small. Perfect beds out of all that negativity though. I even got a picture of the blood from the elevator.
made an online reservation based on the reviews when my husband and I arrived the place was covered in cops, obviously some sort of incident had taken place, when i went to the lobby the cops were there talking to front desk.
The exterior of the hotel didnt meet our expectations so i asked fir a refund which the front desk was nice enough to give me.
Maybe its a great hotel, we may have just showed at a bad time
anyone coming from AEW will find this is possibly the perfect hotel. 5 minutes away from the now arena, but not too far from downtown chicago. Anyone hoping to have an easily accessibly hotel with a great options of food, entertainment and everything else touristy will find this area pretty much can’t be beat.
The personnel at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. I asked for a quiet room and I could hear someone speaking loudly as soon as I got off the elevator. I contacted the front desk and they called the loud person across the hall. Their request was followed and I was able to sleep well.
nothing rude lady at front desk told her about dirty bed sheet and I want to check out get my money she can’t do that didn’t even stay there for 30 min
don’t book this hotel there are other hotel near by that are clean and have better service also I ask for manager number she won’t give it
Not the fanciest place but it’s a great deal. I was in that area for a wedding. But to get to Chicago is long commute from there. The hotel was decent. Rooms were roomy. The staff were all fine. Overall I would probably stay here again if I had to go to that area since the price was good.
Very very clean! As a hotel housekeeping supervisor I knew what to look for to know if the room was clean or not, and I was very happy with the cleanliness of our room! The pool was nice and big, unlike other hotels! The room was very spacious as well.
The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the hotel has a nice outdoor pool. (We didn't use the pool because it wasn't that warm out, but it looked like it would be very pleasant on a hotter day.)
The hotel is very clean. The room is larger than other places. This is the second time that we stayed here. Staff are friendly. Also, breakfast is good!
