They first gave away our room for March 6.
They first gave away our room for March 6. Then on Sunday March 7th gave us the wrong room with someone was already staying in. Then when i check my banking account, they over charge me by $40.00 and a couple of dollars. I ask for a copy of the bill to b send to my email address but they did not.

Everything about it was nasty. It’s no way someone thought it was okay to give that room to someone. You guys shouldn’t even be in business anymore. Pictures online of the cleanness and nice quality rooms do not match what it’s really like in person. I ended my stay very early here because I was so uncomfortable. They were cooking a little of time ; for example 4-5 pieces of bacon in the microwave at a time. It was terrible. We had to do a thorough cleaning in our room before we could even sit down. I was disappointed for my birthday weekend.
