The staff was great and the common areas seemed to have been recently remodeled. Even the room itself seemed to have been remodeled. The breakfast lady was very friendly as well as the gentleman at check in.

There is so much to enjoy in Port Clinton.

We love being by the water and Port Clinton there are so many options for viewing and being in the water. Waterworks park is nice. The Que was great place for food. The Jolly Roger is the best for walley and perch

We stayed at Port Clinton to go to Put-in-Bay and our hotel was walking distance to the dock as well as stores and restaurants and a park on the waterfront. Overall, we had a lovely stay, though parts of the town have seen better days.Leonard - 4.0Scored 4.0
I was staying in Port Clinton with my family for a nearby...
I was staying in Port Clinton with my family for a nearby soccer tournament. We did not feel comfortable in the area as there was a lot of riff-raff. When I went to my car in the morning, there were 3 men smoking weed and drinking vodka in the parking lot - at 7 am! Next time I will go back to staying closer to Sandusky.

It's in a walkable part of town near the lighthouse park to the east and the downtown restaurants to the west. The view across the river to the yacht club is nice. We were in Port Clinton to watch the eclipse and our second floor balcony was the ideal spot, as it faced south. The roof overhang kept us out of the sun except when we chose to put on our protective eyewear and step to the rail from where we had an unobstructed view of the sky for the entirety of the eclipse.ThomasUnited States of America
