We just fell in love with this place. It was especially because of the stuff. Two sisters that work at reception were just the nicest persons we met in all Vietnam. Every time we got back to the villa, they greet us as if we came home. This place has definitely home like feeling. They informed us about area, recommended amazing places and always helped when we needed. Room was amazing, perfect clean with one of the most comfortable bed. Pool and area around the pool was our favorite part of hotel with open kitchen, you just feel like home.

Very friendly staff. I loved that the hotel had free bikes for residents, I used one during all my stay in Hoi An to explore the whole city, I even took it to An bang beach which is about 4 km away from the hotel.
The room is spacious and the AC is very good. There's a small swimming pool but I never used it to be honest. Location is OK.

Of all the hotels I have stayed in my whole life, none can beat the quality of service provided by Helen and Min - they are such a sweetheart and working hard to assist all the guests.
From the moment you booked the reservation, you will be assisted with things to do, what to eat, even till helping you with airport transfer and provide me planning on activities.
The room itself is very spacious, peaceful at night, and most importantly - very clean. I like the idea of using the bottled jar for water instead of creating more plastic waste.
Lastly, the hotel location is perfect - not too far from the old town and access to many good food options.
