Gorgeous spot - a few issues with unreliable electricity, wi-fi connectivity and the advertised leisure activities were not readily available (kayaks, snorkels etc). It is quite isolated which is part of the charm, but you need a car to go anywhere.

The location, the staff were amazing very friendly. The pool area was great, but they did cut up the tiles on put 2nd last day, stopping us from using the pool. That okay, but if it was our 1st day??? Hope they would of let guest know this.

Photos looked great, but the place needs maintenance alot of it. Very few people staying there.
Linen was clean and lovely towels. No aircon.

The villa on the edge of the lagoon is fantastic, and is in great repair
The breakfasts were lovely, William is a great chef. There was plenty of variety. The other meals were great too thanks to Netti. We loved the waitresses, Cheryl, Hellen, Rita, Gian etc. They were always so cheerful and helpful. Interested in what we did for the day.
Ann, Rose and John at the front reception were also helpful, cheery and very caring. Couldn't fault any of the staff. Futi went over and above with his help and care as well.
