The place was super nice and clean my partner and I absolutely loved it, The scenery is to die for. Even though there other people in the neighboring apartments it was super quite and we had an amazing night's rest. I would definitely come back again. We went out multiple times to the close by stores and restaurants which were all amazing. The bathroom is well done and very modern and the shower was amazing

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. They were even able to accommodate me for vegetarian food. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jenny who even helped set up pick up from the airport. Laundry was available which was very convenient.

Hillcrest is nestled among the Valley of 1000 Hills, and it is breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoy staying there when we visit Shongweni Farmer's Market and it is a superb base. Apart from Shongweni, Hillcrest has plenty of great restaurants and shopping centres. The bonus is the many little hidden treasures of garden, antiques, and other little shops. Adequate space for me to have meetings while my wife could relax in the garden or upstairs. Ideally situated for the work I was doing in Hammarsdale and Hillcrest. For those who do not want to self-cater, there are numerous restaurants in the area - one just over the main road. Roy was an ideal host and he is a skilled workman, having built the cottage himself - woodwork and all.
