Breakfast was wonderful, filling and per order. The Staff was wonderful, very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Set up to0ur with Tuk-tuk for us! stored our luggage on our last day after check out until we were ready to leave . ESPECIALLY helpful was Emma.

Great location, it's next to Boulder beach.. They also have good sized family room which suits me very well. Food is great too although it's not included in the room rate which is served from a restaurant just in front of the reception.

So many little extras. The view was fantastic, small fridge in the room with lounge facilities with dishware and cutlery. Very easy to bring one's own food into the guesthouse. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to find a medical clinic and pharmacy.

Amazing location with wonderful views over False Bay. Very comfortable and stylish accommodation. Our second stay both at Boulders Beach House and in Simons Town and we hope to visit again.

Gracious hosts. Great view. Close to all the sights of the peninsula - penguins, point and capes. Nearby Simon's Town is laid back vibe with nice restaurants. More action in 10 minutes drive to Kalk Bay, buzzing at late afternoon/evenings.

Staff are amazing, breakfast was perfection. The views from all rooms are breathtaking taking, we saw a seal eating an octopus and some penguins. The hosts are accommodating and friendly. Photos are accurate, rooms are big. Thanks for a beautiful vacation xxx
