Modern infrastructure perfectly espouses the classic style of the mansion. The view from the rooms is quite nice, half of the PPC favela, half on the bay of Rio, and the view from the rooftop pool and terrace was even more breathtaking. The room is like a hidden space that you enter through a tiny staircase. Very romantic with spectacular views of Rio. Carmen and Fernando were the most lovely hosts. The breaksfast is simple but good and the price is totally worth it. You have to walk up the hill but not a huge problem for me. the location is even good for the peaceful environment and quiet.
